So... crazy story...I met these two cuties on the beach in Destin, Florida. My family was on vacation there for one week. Every day we noticed this adorable couple in the chairs in front of us and the girl had on the cutest swimsuits, earrings, the whole shabang and she rocked it.
How did I end up taking pictures of them? Well. That Thursday, I did something sooooo out of my comfort zone I still can't even believe I did it. I ran up to them when I saw them taking an afternoon walk and asked them if they would like a photoshoot just because I thought they were so cute and I have been craving some getting down and dirty in the sand type of photos.
They OBVIOUSLY responded back with yes and asked when. I said I left on Saturday so it would have to be tomorrow (Friday) and asked if that worked for them. She turned to her husband and gave him a smirk and said "God has a way of giving me exactly what I want doesn't he?" She turned back to me and said "You know what tomorrow is? Our 6th year anniversary"
OMG!!!!
I mean could it be any more perfect? She had a balloon and flowers all planned out! She even decided she wanted to recreate some of her "trash the wedding dress" photos she did on the beach 6 years ago. It was so much fun. We played in the sand, ran into the water, LAID DOWN in the water and everything. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to photograph! Now Ekaterina and I are besties, it's a shame she lives in Arkansas - we would for sure be going on coffee dates at least once a week!
